DOUBLE OFFSET BUTTERFLY VALVE
Series KVDO Wafer high performance butterfly valve provides a cost-effective solution for a wide range of applications where bubble-tight shut-off is required. Utilizing an eccentric disc and offset shaft, the design incorporates the flexible-lip sealing system into a lightweight, compact body. The result is that in many cases the valve can replace globe valve and gate valve yet easier operating, longer lasting and lower cost. Significant performance makes the valve widely used in many applications such as Airport refueling, Hydrocarbon processing, HVAC, Air treatment, Chemical processing, Purified gas, Steam and vacuum services, Potable water, Powder and pulp processing, etc. Wafer design makes the valve convenient for connection between flanges and save length in pipe line.
Inflatable Seated Butterfly Valves
Series KVRL INF inflatable seated butterfly valves use air pressure to expand the seat against the disc, providing even pressure distribution for a bubble-tight seal in every close. Because the seat has no contact with the disc during valve opening and closing, there is minimum disc to seat friction. In actual comparison tests and documented field applications, an KVRL INF butterfly valve lives more than one million cycles. For dry solids, gases, slurry and high abrasion applications, the KVRL inflatable seated butterfly valve is unsurpassed.
Wear Butterfly valves
Series KVRL Abrasion resistant centric butterfly valves feature a lock type seat, spherical sealing surface disc and strong stem-to-disc connection for easy use in many industrial applications especially Mining Industry, dry bulk conveying, paper mills, and all users of Slurry and High Abrasion applications.
With the field replaceable seat fully isolating the body and shaft from the media, and the heavy duty construction for severe vacuum up to 285 psi, the valves are also widely used in food and beverage processing, vacuum desulphurization plants, shipbuilding, HVAC, etc.
